Welcome to 2018 – A Flavour and Invitation

We are passionate about sharing Italian culture – and 2018 will see growth in Italian content for the festival, as well as the opportunity to sponsor attractions at the event. Highlights, among many, include the return of crowd favourites: bocce court, fashion show and food contests, as well as new attractions featuring Italian food and wine samplings, and other debut features. As the setting, we find this year’s theme – Musica: Italian music throughout the 14 block festival via main stages, event highlights, as well as at thematic piazza’s with mini-stages, providing further avenues to engage as an artist or partner.

Sponsors too have the option of creating their own format of engagement on site, based on site space, level of sponsorship and event guidelines. Besides on site presence, Italian Day offers pre-festival partner benefits from logoed street banners along 22 blocks of Commercial Drive (April install), website feature, print advertising, social media, posters and other event perks and promotions.
